FAQ

Hiso33 App FAQ

Yes, the hiso33 app is completely free to download and install on both Android and iOS. There are no subscription fees or hidden charges for using the app. Simply register a free account and make a deposit to start playing.

Yes, your hiso33 account is universal. You can log in with the same username and password on the desktop website, mobile web version, and Android or iOS app. All balances, bonuses and betting history sync in real time across all platforms.

This usually happens because Android security settings block the installation of apps from sources outside the Google Play Store. Go to Settings > Security > Install Unknown Apps, then allow your browser or file manager to install APKs. Once installation is complete, you can turn that setting back off for security.

Yes, nearly all games available on the hiso33 website are also accessible via the mobile app. This includes live sports betting, Live Casino with real dealers, hundreds of slots, bingo games and the full Game Lobby. A few older Flash games that have been discontinued may not be available, but all current games are fully supported.

The hiso33 app is optimized for efficient data usage. For regular sports betting, data consumption is minimal — around 2–5 MB per hour. For Live Casino with HD video streaming, usage can reach 150–300 MB per hour depending on the selected video quality. You can adjust the video quality in the app settings to save data.

In the hiso33 app, tap the "Support" or "Help" icon found in the main menu or your profile section. You'll be taken to the live chat screen where customer support agents fluent in both Malay and English are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response times are typically under two minutes during peak hours.
